Adult content has its own switch, separate from your app lists, in the Blocks tab.
It filters at the level Apple's system operates on, which means it catches websites broadly rather than by you naming them. It works in Safari. Coverage in third-party browsers varies.
This is independent of your coin balance. Spending coins to unblock your apps doesn't unblock this.
