Can I cancel any time?
Yes. If you subscribed in the app, cancel from iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed here, use the link in your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Nothing except how often you pay. Both plans are the whole app.
How do I get my subscription in the app?
Sign in to Aura with the same email you paid with and it’s there. If it isn’t, pull to refresh. If it still isn’t, email help@downloadaura.app with your receipt and we’ll link it by hand.
Is there a free trial?
The yearly plan includes a seven-day free trial. The weekly plan starts immediately. Cancel during the trial to avoid the yearly charge.
Do you offer refunds?
For App Store purchases, Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a website purchase, email help@downloadaura.app and we’ll help you raise the request with Paddle.
