What the deletion flow is intended to remove: your account, your habits and settings, your streak history, your coin records, and stored account media such as Wall of Wins photos and avatar. If the flow reports an error, or if you want help confirming deletion, email us from the address on your account.
Aura may retain records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations. Apple, Paddle, and other independent providers apply their own retention and deletion processes.
What was never there to delete: your Health measurements and readable blocked app or website names. Those stay on your device.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately, using the steps above, or you'll keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
