After a reinstall, sign in with the same method you used before. Sign in with Apple and email sign-in can create different accounts, especially when Hide My Email is involved.
Your habits, streaks, coins, and subscription should return after the correct sign-in or a purchase restore. Your Wall of Wins photos do not return because they live only on the phone, and deleting Aura removes them with the app.
If you have an iCloud device backup from before the reinstall, restoring that backup may bring local photos back. Otherwise Aura has no server copy to recover.
Deleting Aura also does not cancel a subscription. If the account still looks empty, email help@downloadaura.app with the sign-in method and purchase email you used.
