If you subscribed inside the app, Apple handles cancellation, not us:
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap your name at the very top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Aura
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If you subscribed on our website, use the manage link in your receipt email, or email help@downloadaura.app and we'll cancel it for you.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. This catches out more people than anything else on this page, and it's the usual reason behind an unexpected charge. The subscription lives with Apple or with our payment processor, not on your phone.
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
